Won several pre-trial rulings in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where Mr. Rotbert was lead trial lawyer on behalf of Miami-Dade County, Florida prosecuting an environmental cleanup matter against the United States for contribution to historical contamination at Miami International Airport.
